TansX BrandX Internal Routed Dropper Seatpost 150mm Travel 31.6mm

  
Please read my description carefully to make sure this dropper post is the correct size and has the amount of travel you need. Make sure you have the skills and tools to install it.

Due to the nature of the item it is not returnable. It's a new BrandX internal routed dropper seatpost complete with the dropper lever and cable/cable housing. It Is new in the box, never installed.

Seatpost diameter is 31.6mm. It has 150mm of travel. It's made of 7075 aluminum. This seatpost has the BrandX name on it, but it's a TansX seatpost.

The parent company of Trans X is JD Components, who makes dropper seatposts for many, if not most of the major brands. This is a high quality seatpost. It's the most reliable dropper post I've ever owned. I've installed dozens of them and I'm using the exact post on 2 of my bikes. Don't kid yourself that a high dollar brand name seatpost is a better.

Here are the basics: Travel is 150mm. Total extended length of the seatpost is 459mm from the center of the top rail to the bottom of the post, including the mechanism on the bottom. Minimum insert line is 90mm from the bottom of the post, not including the mechanism on the bottom. Maximum insertion length is 220mm not including the mechanism on the bottom.

I measured all of these dimensions but they may be off a mm or two. You can Google "how to measure a dropper seatpost" if you have questions about any of the measurements. Mechanical skills and bike specific tools are required to mount this seatpost. The cable and cable housing may have to be cut if it is too long. In a rare instance the cable and cable housing may be too short. To avoid any issues please do your research. Make sure you have the skills and tools to install this seatpost before purchasing. Make sure it has the proper amount of travel for your needs. Make sure it is the right diameter for your frame, it's 31.6mm. Due to the nature of the item, it is not returnable.
